Baggage Allowance

Each individual is allowed 1 carry on (9″x16″x22″) 25 lbs./11 kg maximum and 1 suitcase. Each suitcase is not to exceed 66″/168 cm. in overall length, width, and height and must not weigh more than 50 lbs. (23 kilos).

There may be additional charges for trunks, skis, bikes, golf clubs, containers, snow boards, walkers, wheelchairs, strollers etc.

Please contact us regarding: pet transfers, infant car seats, wheel chairs, Guide dogs etc.
Home Run Airport Shuttle reserves the right to refuse to carry excess baggage that is not prearranged.

US and Canadian Customs & Immigration

Passengers must identify their luggage and personal belongings to Customs and Immigration officers. It is the passenger’s responsibility to make a proper declaration to Us or Canadian Customs. Passengers must ensure that they have all proper documentation required to enter the United States or Canada. Passports visas etc.

Home Run Airport Shuttle cannot and will not accept responsibility for passengers denied entry into the U.S. or Canada. Because incorrect documentation is beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed nor will Home Run Airport Shuttle reimburse for any costs associated with documentation or customs difficulties

Pickup at the Airport

Please provide us with a mobile phone number.so that we can communicate with you upon your arrival or if there is a change with your flight information. With the flight number you provide to us, we will track your flight to ensure a timely pickup from the airport. (in the event of inclement weather, airplane mechanical breakdown, customs delays by more than two hours an extra fee of $30.00 per hour will be applied to your fare)

Passengers who do not show up at the airport for their scheduled pickup are not entitled to a credit or refund. Passengers are responsible for providing correct flight information.

Smoking or Alcohol

Home Run Airport Shuttle does not allow smoking or drinking of alcohol in any of our vehicles.

Any damage or illegal actions resulting from passenger’s disregard or negligence that result in fines and/or costs will become the responsibility of the passenger

Seatbelts

Please ensure that your seatbelt is worn at all times when our vehicles are in motion. It is the parent’s responsibility to ensure that their child/baby is properly secured at all times. Parents must ensure that car seats/booster are the proper type for the vehicle

Home Run Airport Shuttle cannot assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, cost or expenses arising out of injury, accident or death, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental resulting from: Mechanical breakdowns, traffic tie-ups, government actions, labour disputes, weather, Canadian or U.S. Customs and other factors and causes beyond our control.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Full refunds will be given to passengers who cancel within 48 hours of departure time, if a cancellation is made 24 hours prior to departure a 50% refund will be given. Cancellations made the same day will not be entitled to any refund. No Shows Are Null & Void  

Terms and Conditions Validity

These Terms and Conditions are valid for an indefinite period starting from September 1, 2016. In the event of changes to these Terms and Conditions, which are reserved by the Company, the Customer is considered to be bound by the Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time the contract was signed, or the valid order was sent or placed.
